Directions

Please Note:  If traveling to King's Chapel via GPS you must enter the address as 58 Tremont Street; if that doesn't work, plugging in the address of our neighbor, the Omni Parker House Hotel, will also bring you to us. That address is 60 School Street, Boston, MA 02108.

Public Transportation to King's Chapel

Eco-friendly travelers can take advantage of Boston’s MBTA train service located only one block from the chapel.  From Logan Airport take the Blue Line to Government Center, and walk up Tremont Street to the chapel. $2.75 each way. Bus #22 stops at Terminals A & B and the Airport subway station. Bus #33 stops at Terminals C & E and the Airport subway station. Take Logan Airport Terminal A shuttle bus towards Loop. Take Bus Walk 1 minute to Airport Station and take the MBTA Blue Line to Government Center.

Driving to King's Chapel


Traveling from points North via 95 South
Take 95 South to Exit 46 and onto Route 1 South.  Stay on Rt. 1 South and proceed over the Tobin Bridge (toll) into Boston.  Take the left ramp onto Rt. 93 South then Exit 24 for Government Center.  Turn left onto John Fitzgerald Surface Rd. then turn right onto State St.  Proceed straight; the road name will change to Court St.  Bear left onto Tremont St.; the chapel will be on your left, just before School St. 

Traveling from points South via 95 North
Take 95 North to Exit 12 and merge onto Rt. 93.  Proceed on Rt. 93 into Boston and take Exit 23 for Government Center.  Turn left onto John Fitzgerald Surface Rd. then turn right onto State St.  Proceed straight; the road name will change to Court St.  Bear left onto Tremont St.; the chapel will be on your left, just before School St.  

Traveling from points North via 93 South 
Follow signs for 93 South, Boston-Quincy.  Take the Government Center Exit No.24A.  Proceed straight onto Clinton St. to the first set of lights. At the lights take a left onto North St. follow North St. to the end and take a left onto Congress St. Follow congress to the first set of lights and bear right onto State St. (which becomes court St. almost immediately) Follow Court St. one block and bear left at the fork onto Tremont St. Follow Tremont St. to the next set of lights, and the chapel will be on your left just before School St/Omni Parker House Hotel.

Traveling from points South via 93 North
Take Exit No. 23 Government Center / Faneuil Hall.  At the top of the ramp follow signs for Government Center/Faneuil Hall. This will put you onto North Street.  At the end of North Street (1/4th of a mile) make a left onto Congress Street.  Take your first right onto State Street (which becomes Court St. almost immediately) and follow it to the end, making a left at the fork onto Tremont Street.  Follow Tremont Street until the set of lights, and the chapel will be on your left.

From the Mass Pike (route 90) 
Follow Mass Pike going Eastbound to exit 24 B.  This exit will put you on Rte 93 going North.  Follow directions directly above going 93 North to get to the chapel.

From Logan International Airport 
Exit Airport and follow signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel. Take exit 24 for 93 North. Follow 93 North to exit 23 Government Center. At the set of  traffic lights make a left around the loop which will put you  onto North Street.  At the end of North Street (1/4th of a mile) make a left onto Congress Street.  Take your first right onto State Street (which becomes Court St. almost immediately) and follow it to the end, making a left at the fork onto Tremont Street; the chapel will be on your left at the next set of lights. You may also utilize Boston's MBTA train service.

Parking


We have reduced rate parking for weekends for both One Beacon Street Garage and the Boston Common Garage. One Beacon Street Garage: When you enter the garage turn immediately left, take a ticket and then park. Bring your ticket to church and ask the Verger or Lead Usher to stamp your ticket. When returning to the parking garage, present your ticket to the attendant in the kiosk and pay, then leave. With the ticket validation you received a reduced rate of $10 for parking ($2.00 off). Boston Common Garage: You can received a reduced rate ticket for $9.00 for weekend parking. Tickets are available for purchase in advance by contacting our office at  617-227-2155 or in person at our Parish House office at 64 Beacon Street, Monday - Friday 9 am - noon.
