National Historic Landmark Marker
The plaque that is to the left of the chapel’s front entrance indicates that this building became a Registered National Historic Landmark in 1964. At the time, this was an important step to become officially added to the National Register of Historic Places, which ultimately happened in 1974 for King’s Chapel.
