A Massachusetts native, Laura received her BA from American University and a Master's in Theological Studies from BU's Divinity School. She has held many administrative positions in academia and at faith-based non-profits.

In her spare time Laura enjoys cooking, swimming in Walden Pond (when the weather allows), going to concerts and seeing new movies.
