The Search for Meaning: Thursday Night Gatherings

Upcoming

Miguel Gomez-Ibanez | January 24 | 6 PM
Picture
Miguel Gomez-Ibanez, former architect and President Emeritus of the North Bennet Street School and current Senior Warden at King's Chapel, will share his experiences on craftmanship and wisdom as part of the Thursday Night Gatherings series at King's Chapel Parish House at 64 Beacon St. on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6 p.m.
Join Gomez-Ibanez for an intriguing presentation and discussion on the relationship of hand skills to intellectual development and well-being. He will be showing examples of his own work as a furniture maker that has been exhibited throughout New England and the US and discussing lessons learned as a distinguished leader in education and craftsmanship.
The event is free and open to the public. RSVP to Gretchen Horton, Parish Administrator at [email protected] or by calling 617-227-2155.
